Happy Birthday Alex!

I cannot believe Alex is 2 already. Time has flown by and he is learning so much everyday. We celebrated Alex's birthday by going shopping at Toys-R-Us (quite a trek for us) and we got a new slide which Alex loves. The first couple of times he went down, he wanted to hold our hand, but now he does it all on his own and loves it!!! Alex cheers and laughs every time he goes down and has gone down the slide over and over today. We also had cake which he ate a little of and didn't make nearly the mess he did last year. Haha! He is really trying to talk up a storm and is developing a really distinct personality. He is also starting to make connections between things he owns and things he sees on tv or hears someone talking about. What a smart boy. :) I have included a couple of pictures and a couple of videos below. The video of Alex blowing out the birthday candle is kind of long, but the video on the slide is short.
