Just a few pictures...

We are loving the beautiful weather here in Hillsdale and have been taking full advantage of it by going outside! I have included some pictures of Alex enjoying being outside. Not too much to report. Alex is learning new words everyday and I suspect will be talking my ear off before I know it. Baby #2 is doing well and we will find out if it is a boy or a girl on June 24th. We cannot wait!!! Kevin starts his busy summer of work tomorrow and will be traveling to D.C. before too long. My youngest sister, Faith, is getting married in a couple of weeks and I cannot wait to see how beautiful she is going to look. Our Trip to Texas

Wow! I cannot believe we have been in Texas for 5 days already. It has been a fantastic trip with warm weather, good friends and good food. The best part was my wonderful husband asked some of my awesome friends to throw a baby shower for me while I was here. What a wonderful surprise! It was wonderful to see some of my best Texas friends and spend some time with them. Thank you to all of you who made us remember why we miss Texas so much. Alex even got to meet some new friends! Tomorrow is our last full day here, but Kevin is already planning our trip for next year. Haha! I have included some pictures of Alex enjoying some of the great parks in Irving and hanging out with one of his new friends, Autumn!

We are heading home soon to have an active summer where my baby sister will be getting married and we will get to see some of our Ohio friends! I apologize for being so lax with blogging, but life being pregnant with a 2 year old gets a little busy! That is right; if you did not hear, we are due to have a new addition to the Portteus family around November 9th! We are very excited. I will be posting the sex of the baby when we find out at the end of June. Not too much longer now!
